My morning rituals have evolved over time. I wanted to share what has helped me to find the space to give over, really listen, and to grow. I rarely like to eat first thing in the morning. I usually start my day by scraping my tongue, maybe swishing with coconut oil, and downing a large glass of warm water with lemon or a splash of coconut water.
